2nd birthday

Liam's second birthday celebration started at his favorite French restaurant, McDo. Thumbs up to nugget poulet et frites.
Dylan was happy to share in this part of the celebration.

Animals always make good gifts.
Now that he's eight he can lift chairs "like spiderman".
Another cake, Dylan is unsure of Liam's candle extinguishing abilities.

Bagtalle Softball

Gretchen's Law Firm's softball game was the funniest thing i've seen in France so far. Three people actually knew the rules, G and I being two of the three. They weren't big on stepping on the bases, except for this dude. He also spoke only French and cursed only in English.
Charlotte is technically british which might explain the cricket style batting technique.
This is the follow through, can you imagine the pitch?
Showin 'em what's up.
Lookin to steal.
JEAN-FRANCOISE!! Long sleeve dude is probably explaining that he shouldn't run that way. The first batter ran the wrong way. Later in the game a batter noticed that there was already a runner on first so he ran straight to second.
She's hauling ass because after she hit the ball she very gingerly bent down and placed he bat on the plate.
The dude in read is playing a new position between third and home.
Did I mention that the French will swing at anything? This dude is obviously jumping for a pitch but they will swing at pitches that bounce or take two or three steps to get to a wild pitch.
You almost expect them to be wearing scarves and smoking.
G gets another piece.
This is the dude that ran the wrong way. The guy in the red shirt ran the bases with the bat in his hands the entire time.
Gettin it done.

Beez Day

Liam insisted on eight candles surrounding his number 8 candle. This is a traditional french cake that is really gooey in the middle so the big 8 started sinking immediately.
Dylan didn't have on any pants.
You're how old?
Hmmm
Damn, I have a pretty wife.
I think he liked the game.
Here spider man does a few flips.
He liked the movie.
He was really into the clothes this year.
The dragon was a big surprise, later he was ridden by Spider man.
Thumbs up for the dragon.
A quick check in with Mama.
He loves the spider man outfit, he refers to it as his spider man uniform. He ended up wearing this outfit for several days until i finally peeled it off of him.

Chloe's day

Liam was sweating the presents a little.
D was very dissappointed in the gifts.
Clothes
School supplies, Chloe loves office supplies.
Gretchen narrates the goings on to Co.

Catacombs

We went to the catacombs while Dia was here. After going way down we had to walk a looooong way to get to where the bones are kept
The ghost of Abraham Lincoln was spotted.
Dia may have peed herself from fright.
The entrance to bone filled part of the catacombs.
D was unfazed.
He kept leaning against centuries old bones.
Rest toilets.

Look out, there's an arm behind you!!
